So erm here goes I guess my first blog.... We roam around life forging relationships with everyone we encounter whether that relationship is forged with a partner, a friend, an enemy, a family member everyone you come into contact with will have some kind of relationship with you. But what happens when you are faced with the possibility of that relationship ending?  Do you grieve prematurely? Deny this possibility and block it from your mind? I lost someone once very dear to me and I had many people telling me which way was the right way of dealing with it, from just picking myself up and carrying on because there was nothing I could do,
